Most people who agrees that iPad can boost their business performance usually emphasis on the internet connectivity and wireless capability of this Apple’s tablet. People on board meetings can also share their presentation easily and handle the impracticality of a paper based drafts that would create problems when we update it on the last minutes. The issue of “saving the trees” also came up to the reasoning of applying iPad to workers, well they do decrease the use of papers actually.
However, as convenient as it seems, a big company that involve security on their wireless data connectivity were still hesitated to use iPad in their business and work activity. Some even stand on their conservative views that secure data connection should be delivered by cable network instead of a wireless one. Well, at the moment, iPad may not be the “cure of all” connectivity problems in the working places, but who knows, in the future, many developers might be working on secure data connections on iPad seriously and made it possible for iPad to become the mainstream in business activity. That, if the other high tech gadget manufacturer haven’t made the product that would live up to these market expectation
